Tiffany founded Surrogacy Inc. in 1999 after her own experience as an egg donor showed her how powerful — and how personal — this journey can be. For over two decades, she has guided hundreds of surrogates and intended parents through one of the most meaningful experiences of their lives.

With a BA in Psychology and over 8 years of client-facing experience, Ryan brings both the analytical and the human side to surrogate matching. She understands the complex emotions involved and approaches every conversation with patience, care, and professionalism.

Client Services
Kristi brings 40 years of client-service experience and 22 years as a notary to the Surrogacy Inc. team. She is the operational backbone of our work — ensuring paperwork, timelines, and communications run smoothly.
